Lower Mainland summers used to be optional for air conditioning. After the 2021 heat dome — and every summer since — they aren't. We install central AC on existing ducts, ductless mini-splits for older homes without ducting, and high-efficiency heat pump systems that handle both AC and heating on one unit.
We assess your home's existing ducting (or lack of), electrical capacity, and cooling load; spec the right equipment for your square footage and layout; install the system; and confirm performance with proper airflow and refrigerant testing. Strata approvals for condos and townhomes are handled as part of our scope at no extra charge.
Agassiz specifics: Agassiz sees hot dry summers (32–36°C) and cold valley winters that occasionally dip below -15°C. The mix of agricultural exposure and valley fog makes properly sized heat pumps essential. Agassiz farms and rural properties may need oversized cold-climate systems and longer line runs — we spec on site to make sure the system actually handles your home.
